Pernah dapat pesan singkat seperti diatas? Ya, bagi Anda yang pernah menerima pesan singkat seperti diatas baik melalui BBM, Yahoo Messanger, Facebook, Twitter, Sms ataupun jenis komunikasi lainnya dimohon agar WASPADA!!! Karena hal tersebut merupakan sebuah bentuk PENIPUAN yang ujung-ujungya mengharuskan kita membayarkan uang sesuai permintaan mereka. Sebenarnya dari pesannya saja kita sudah patut curiga. Operasi Jantung Gratis itu event besar lho kalo memang ada, lha ini kok mau operasi jantung gratis tidak mencantumkan sponsor nya dari mana, memang dipikir operasi jantung itu murah dan mudah.

Selain itu, dari sumber yang saya dapatkan ternyata penyebaran pesan singkat tersebut sudah terjadi dari tahun 2010 lalu dan memang diindikasikan sebagai sebuah penipuan. Ketika kita tlp untuk mendaftarkan nantinya meraka akan menjawab kalo kuota operasi jantung gratis telah habis, dan yang ada hanya subsidi 50%. Ujung-ujugnya nanti kita diminta untuk setorkan uang kepada meraka. Sekali Anda kirim uang tidak akan kembali dan operasi jantung tak kunjung datang.

Namun walau demikian tidak menutup kemuungkinan memang ada program operasi jantung gratis atau subsidi yang sebenarnya dan memang dilaksanakan dan di sponsori oleh pihak swasta ataupun pemerintah dengan jelas. Kiranya berita pada postingan kali ini hanya untuk mengingatkan kita agar kita lebih hati-hati dalam menyikapi berita semacam ini agar kita tidak menjadi korban penipuan. Ingat, jangan langsung teriming-iming dengan kata "GRATIS" seperti pesan diatas, cek terlebih dahulu untuk memastikan hal tersebut bukan merupakan sebuah penipuan.

AutoShutdown adalah program/aplikasi komputer sederhana yg memenungkinkan Anda untuk dapat melakukan proses shuting down pada komputer Anda pada waktu yang dikehendaki. Program/Aplikasi ini berjalan otomatis setelah kita atur waktu shut down yang diinginkan, tinggalkan dan dengan sendirinya akan melakukan proses shuting down pada waktu yg telah di atur.

Program ringan dengan ukuran 50,14 KB ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java. Tidak perlu instalasi untuk menjalankan aplikasi ini, cukup dengan double klik pada file aplikasi maka program Auto Shut Down akan berjalan dengan sendirinya.

Superman Is Dead (disingkat SID) adalah sebuah grup musik dari Bali, bermarkas di Poppies Lane II - Kuta. Grup musik ini beranggotakan tiga pemuda asal Bali, yaitu: Bobby Kool sebagai gitaris dan vokalis, Eka Rock sebagi bassis, dan Jerinx sebagai drummer.

Pada awal mula kemunculan, sekitar akhir tahun 1995, SID terpengaruh gaya musik dari band-band asing seperti Green Day dan NOFX. Di kemudian hari, inspirasi musikal SID bergeser ke genre Punk 'n Roll à la grup musik Supersuckers, Living End dan Social Distortion.

Penggemar Superman Is Dead disebut Outsiders bagi yang laki-laki dan Lady Rose bagi yang perempuan.

Sejarah

Superman Is Dead yang biasanya dipanggil SID terbentuk pada tahun 1995. Awal mula terbentuknya SID (Superman Is Dead) dimotori oleh anggota band heavy metal thunder bernama Ari Astina sering dipanggil Jerinx yang ingin membentuk band baru. Dan drummer band new wave punk diamond clash Budi Sartika yg biasa dipanggil Bobby Kool yang ingin menjadi gitaris dan vokalis.

Jerinx dan Bobby bertemu di Kuta Bali. Kedua orang itu kemudian sepakat untuk membentuk sebuah band. Pada saat itu bass masih diisi oleh additional bassist bernama Ajuzt. Band mereka pada awalnya membawakan lagu-lagu dari Green Day.

Hari berganti hari datanglah personil baru yang bernama Eka Arsana panggilannya Eka Rock. Eka menjadi resmi sebagai personil SID. Dulu nama bandnya bukan Superman Is Dead tetapi Superman Is Silver Gun. Kemudian karena nama Superman Is Silver Gun kurang cocok bergantilah menjadi Superman Is Dead atau SID. Superman Is Dead mempunyai arti yaitu bahwa manusia yang sempurna hanyalah illusi belaka dan imajinasi manusia yang tidak akan pernah ada.

Album

Kuta Rock City

Kuta Rock City dirilis secara resmi pada Maret 2003 dibawah label Sony Music Indonesia. Dengan single-single andalannya yaitu Punk Hari Ini dan Kuta Rock City yang kental dengan pengaruh Green Day dan NOFX langsung membuat nama SID disejajarkan dengan band-band rock.Selain beberapa lagu baru, SID juga menambahkan beberapa lagu lama dari album indie mereka tetapi dengan aransemen yang lebih baik dan baru. Album perdana SID ini langsung melambungkan nama SID sebagai band pendatang baru terbaik. Selain itu pula, ini merupakan langkah pertama SID di mayor label yang menimbulkan beberapa kontroversi di kalangan punk.

The Hangover Decade

Album yang dirilis tahun 2004 ini merupakan penanda 10 tahun SID berdiri. Di album keduanya SID masih mengambil jalur Punk seperti pada album Kuta Rock City, Di Album ini SID kembali memasukkan beberapa lagu lamanya seperti Long Way to The Bar, TV Brain, dan Bad bad bad.

Black Market Love

Album ketiga ini terkesan lebih dewasa^[rujukan?], dengan lirik yang bercerita tentang kemarahan alam, keserakahan manusia, keadaan sosial dan politik. Dengan memasukkan unsur-unsur alat musik seperti akordion, trompet dan keyboards, seperti pada lagu Bukan Pahlawan dan Menginjak Neraka. Album ini dirilis tahun 2006.

Angels & the Outsiders

Album keempat yang dirilis tahun 2009 pada mayor label ini mengesankan bahwa semakin dewasanya SID. Masih seperti album sebelumnya, SID tetap mengandalkan lirik sosial dan perlawanan terhadap penindasaan. Album kali ini SID masih memainkan musik punkrock dengan sentuhan rock n' roll. Album SID ini menuai keberhasilan. Salah satunya adalah SID berhasil diundang ke Warped Tour Festival di Amerika Serikat dan melaksanakan tour di beberapa kota di USA. Ini merupakan keberhasilan SID karena merupakan satu-satunya band Indonesia dan band kedua di Asia yang dipanggil ke Warped Tour walaupun album mereka tidak dirilis di USA.

Think, then act
How often have you quickly blurted out a comment or pounded out an e-mail? Did you ever wish you could take it back? Always pause a few moments to compose your thoughts and emotions before responding. Your judgment must be based upon reason, not passion.

Edit your material
Few of us can write clean, concise copy in one pass. Review your text for wordy sentences, redundant adjectives, and other fluff. Grammar must be at professional grade. If you're having difficulty here, seek out a remedial course from a college or university. Many offer evening or online courses that are ideal for busy professionals. Use active voice often to add zip to your material. Employ your mental knife to cut the fat from around the meat of your copy. Avoid clichés and minimize metaphors.

Proofread diligently
Don't rely on spell check to catch your mistakes. Only your brain knows that you meant you'reinstead of your and too instead of to. Another common mistake is to leave off the 'r' in your, so you end up with a sentence like, "I received you report." Ouch!

Remember that your reputation is riding on the quality of material you produce. Don't scrimp on proofing.

Before sampling wastewater, you need to collect samples in a way as to prevent contamination. In this article I take a look at the four most effective collection techniques.

The following are the types of samples commonly used For analysis:

1) Grab Sample - Samples taken from a particular location. This is a single sample.

2) Composite Sample - A collection of Grab samples. The samples are taken from the same point but at different times. A period stretched over 24 hours is required when gathering such samples. Wastewater samples are then collected in a wide mouth bottle which contains preservative.

3) Integrated Sample - It is a combination of samples gathered from various locations at the same time. All these different samples are mixed together at the end of the collection period.

The Best Methods Of Collection:

(a) Collection from distribution system: flush the lines sufficiently to ensure that the sample is representative of the supply. For determining the extent of flushing, the diameter and length of the pipe and the velocity of flow should be taken into account before sampling wastewater.

(b) Collection from wells: collect samples after sufficient pumping, to ensure that the sample represents the ground water source. It is necessary to pump at a specified rate to achieve a characteristic draw down. Record the pumping rates and draw down.

(c) Collection from a river or stream: take integrated sample from top to bottom in the middle of the stream or from side to side at mid depth. If only a grab or catch sample is collected, take it in the middle of the stream and at mid depth when sampling wastewater.

(d) Collection from reservoir: choose location, depth and frequency of sampling wastewater, depending on local conditions and the purpose of the investigation and sample testing. Avoid surface scum. Avoid areas of excessive turbulence. Avoid sampling at weirs. Generally collect samples beneath the surface in quiescent areas. Lakes and reservoirs are subject to considerable variations from normal causes such as seasonal stratification, rainfall, run off, and wind.

On Thursday, October 22, Windows 7 was released to consumers. Windows 7 was designed from inception to be an upgrade to the Windows line of operating systems while at the same time remaining compatible with the hardware and applications Windows Vista was compatible with.
The new Windows 7 interface is more intuitive and user friendly than its predecessors. The design of Windows 7 is clean and sleek, and its taskbars and windows look somewhat similar to those of a Mac. One key feature of Windows 7 is the built-in multi-touch mapping application, which allows users to interact with graphical applications with a touch of a finger. A primary benefit of the Windows 7 operating system is performance improvement over its predecessor Windows Vista. Microsoft has even created a "Starter" version of Windows 7 that is compatible with netbooks - mobile computers with limited hardware performance and capabilities.

32 bit vs. 64 bit Architecture
Windows 7 is available in both 32 bit and 64 bit versions. The 32 or 64 bit architecture refers to the memory address length that the processor can reference and impacts the amount of memory that can be used. Most likely, a PC that is more than a couple years old will only be capable of running the 32 bit version. A PC with a modern processor has the ability to run the 64 bit version.

Today, CEO and Financial controllers have to confirm that the appropriate internal control is in place. In the beginning of this millennium corporate business world witnessed multi-million business scandals from big houses like Enron, Andersen, Quest, Tyco, Global Crossing. Since then the need of proper internal control framework for pubic limited companies is increased. When corporate houses are growing faster, with huge operation across globe, demands the need of robust control system in place to promote ethical business practice. .Managing business process with internal control mechanism helps in brings improvement in process and facilitate for quicker response time. Internal control software from Oracle, SAP and many other players are gaining importance. Post Sarbanes-Oxley act, in US there is a huge demand for these applications.

Many authors and authorities have defined internal control in their own way. Internal Control System Frameworks

COSO Framework

Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission(COSO) is a US based organization of private sector corporate groups and established in 1985. Its major objective is to identify the factors that cause fraudulent financial reporting and make necessary recommendation to reduce its incidence. American Institute of Certified Public Accountant(AICPA), American Accounting Association(AAA), Financial Executives Institute(FEI), The Institute of Internal Auditors(IIA) and The Institute of Management Accountant(IMA) collectively formed and funded the COSO.

According to COSO Control Environment, Risk assessment, Control Activities Information and Communication, and Monitor are the five interrelated components for an effective internal control system.

Control Environment: Control Environment is a foundation of COSO framework. It includes the integrity, ethical values and competence of the entity's people; management's philosophy and operating style; the way management assigns authority and responsibility, and organizes and develops its people; and the attention and direction provided by the board of directors

Risk assessment: Every entity faces a variety of risks from external and internal sources that must be assessed. A precondition to risk assessment is establishment of objectives and thus risk assessment is the identification and analysis of relevant risks to achievement of assigned objectives. Risk assessment is a prerequisite for determining how the risks should be managed.

Control activities: Control activities are the policies and procedures that help ensure management directives are carried out. They help ensure that necessary actions are taken to address risks to achievement of the entity's objectives. Control activities occur throughout the organization, at all levels and in all functions. They include a range of activities as diverse as approvals, authorizations, verifications, reconciliations, reviews of operating performance, security of assets and segregation of duties.

Information and communication: Information systems play a key role in internal control systems as they produce reports, including operational, financial and compliance-related information, that make it possible to run and control the business. In a broader sense, effective communication must ensure information flows down, across and up the organization. Effective communication should also be ensured with external parties, such as customers, suppliers, regulators and shareholders.

Monitoring: Internal control systems need to be monitored--a process that assesses the quality of the system's performance over time. This is accomplished through ongoing monitoring activities or separate evaluations. Internal control deficiencies detected through these monitoring activities should be reported upstream and corrective actions should be taken to ensure continuous improvement of the system.

COBIT Framework

The Control Objectives for Information and related Technology (COBIT) laid down the set of generally accepted guidelines for measures, indicators, processes and best practices to assist managers, auditors, and IT users for developing IT governance and Control in a company with which benefit of Information Technology can be maximized. COBIT framework is designed by Information Systems Audit and Control Association(ICASA), and the IT Governance Institute(ITGI) in 1992.

COBIT 4.1 has 34 high level processes that cover 210 control objectives categorized in four domains: Planning and Organization, Acquisition and Implementation, Delivery and Support, and Monitoring and Evaluation.

The Planning and Organization domain covers the use of information & technology and how best it can be used in a company to help achieve the company's goals and objectives. It also highlights the organizational and infrastructural form IT is to take in order to achieve the optimal results and to generate the most benefits from the use of IT.

The Acquire and Implement domain covers identifying IT requirements, acquiring the technology, and implementing it within the company's current business processes. This domain also addresses the development of a maintenance plan that a company should adopt in order to prolong the life of an IT system and its components.

The Delivery and Support domain focuses on the delivery aspects of the information technology. It covers areas such as the execution of the applications within the IT system and its results, as well as, the support processes that enable the effective and efficient execution of these IT systems. These support processes include security issues and training.

The Monitoring and Evaluation domain deals with a company's strategy in assessing the needs of the company and whether or not the current IT system still meets the objectives for which it was designed and the controls necessary to comply with regulatory requirements. Monitoring also covers the issue of an independent assessment of the effectiveness of IT system in its ability to meet business objectives and the company's control processes by internal and external auditors.

The following table lists the high level control objectives for the COBIT structure

Sarbanes-Oxley act (SOX)

After the massive fraudulent financial reporting by publicly listed companies, American constitution enacted the SOX Act on July 30, 2002. Key focus objective of the act is to provide confidence and trust to investors and public in the Post Enron era. Act laid out the specific corporate responsibility for financial reporting, internal controls and audit committee standards. It also established criminal penalties for non compliance.

Section 302 requires the CEO and CFO on a quarterly basis to sign off on financial statement fairness and internal control effectiveness. They also must report any significant changes in internal controls since their last evaluation.

Section 404 requires a separate management report on internal control effectiveness and audit by the organization's external financial statement auditor. It becomes effective for most large companies for their entire reporting year ending December 31, 2004 and has a 12/31/2005 effective date for other companies.

Section 906 is related to Sections 302 and 404, and requires that CEOs and CFOs ensure all financial reporting (including annual and periodic reports) fairly presents, in all material respects, the financial condition and results of operations of the issuer. It also provides for significant criminal penalties for non-compliance.

Section 201 prohibits a registered public accounting firm from performing both audit and non-audit services.

Section 301 requires an audit committee to establish "whistleblower" procedures to allow the confidential and anonymous submission of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters.

Section 409 requires disclosure to the public on a rapid and current basis additional information concerning material changes in the financial condition or operations of the issuer (Form 8-K).

SOX recommended both COSO or COBIT framework for effective internal control in business. COBIT is also a COSO compliant and acceptable IT framework. COSO's target audience is management at large, COBIT intended for management, users and IT auditors. Both COSO and COBIT view control as an entity-wide process, but COBIT specifically focuses on IT control. A sound system of internal control therefore provides reasonable, but not absolute, assurance that a company will not be hindered in achieving its business objectives, or in the orderly and legitimate conduct of its business, by circumstances which may reasonably be foreseen. Thus, Internal Control should be the part of organizational DNA.

Many organizations seek to gain competitive advantage through the use of IT. Straight-Through-Processing, simplified user experience, and technical agility are a few of the benefits organizations gain with such strategies. Costly rework is often the result of solutions developed without appropriate attention to information security. By ingraining information security throughout the project life cycle organizations are better able to manage technical risk and bring innovative ideas to market.

Information security was historically funded by stories that evoke fear, uncertainty and doubt. Regulatory compliance is now the driving factor forcing executives to address and expend resources on information security. Security has improved slightly, however the number of data breaches per year is still rising. Most organizations have focused on compliance and cost avoidance. Progressive organizations are seeking ways to mitigate the existing vulnerabilities while simplifying and consolidating infrastructure and applications.

Ensure your organization has a solid base from which to build before attempting to achieve strategic advantage with IT. Change, patch, vulnerability, and incident management are all fundamental tenants of a mature IT infrastructure. Once the core services are stable the next step is to consolidate and simplify applications and infrastructure. New technologies have allowed organizations to garner greater usage of existing infrastructure capacity. Virtualization, Service-Orient-Architecture (SOA), and web services are a few of many such examples.

In many organizations risk-based decisions are often made in silos. Individual business units often make decisions that affect the overall security posture of the entire enterprise. The lack of a centralized risk-management process often leads to gaping security vulnerabilities and costly project budget overruns. Risk-based decisions generally lead to defining, managing, implementing, training, and testing of policies, procedures, and standards by which the organization can govern remediation. A consolidated and centrally managed process is required to effectively leverage risk. Existing vulnerabilities can then be prioritized with a project-portfolio approach.

Policies should define management's security expectations with regards to how security is to be managed. The policies often indicate the risk tolerance of the organization. Standards are succinct outlines of requirements defined in the policy. Standards enable architects to apply management's expectations to projects as they evolve. Procedures are documents that define how a policy is to be carried out within the organization- these are often referred to as "work documents." Make sure policies are documented and signed by the board- having management buy-in is critical to successful implementation.

Utilizing a control objective approach enables an agile security program. COBIT, ISO, and NIST all have excellent frameworks for defining best-practice control objectives for IT. Determine what regulations your organization must comply with. Map the regulations back to one, or more, framework(s). Utilize a quality risk assessment process such as OCTAVE, or OCTAVE Allegro. Conduct a comprehensive vulnerability assessment. Based on the results of the assessments develop a project portfolio. What is not measured cannot be managed- ensure results are achieved and stakeholders have an appropriate level of visibility. Your organization will be well on its way to achieving strategic advantage through effect risk management.

Entrepreneurship is the act of being an entrepreneur which is a French word meaning one who undertakes an endeavor. Entrepreneurs assemble resources including innovations, finance and business acumen in an effort to transform innovations into economic goods. This may result in new organizations or may be part of revitalizing mature organizations in response to a perceived opportunity. The most obvious form of entrepreneurship is that of starting new businesses; however, in recent years, the term has been extended to include social and political forms of entrepreneurial activity. When entrepreneurship is describing activities within a firm or large organization it is referred to as intra-preneurship and may include corporate venturing, when large entities start spin-off organizations.^[1]

Entrepreneurship is often a difficult undertaking, as a vast majority of new businesses fail. Entrepreneurial activities are substantially different depending on the type of organization that is being started. Entrepreneurship ranges in scale from solo projects (even involving the entrepreneur only part-time) to major undertakings creating many job opportunities. Many "high value" entrepreneurial ventures seek venture capital or angel funding in order to raise capital to build the business. Angel investors generally seek returns of 20-30% and more extensive involvement in the business.^[2] Many kinds of organizations now exist to support would-be entrepreneurs, including specialized government agencies, business incubators, science parks, and some NGOs. Lately more holisitc conceptualizations of entrepreneurship as a specific mindset (see also entrepreneurial mindset) resulting in entrepreneurial initiatives e.g. in the form of social entrepreneurship, political entrepreneurship, or knowledge entrepreneurship emerged.

4Shared Server was Down - Confirmation from 4Shared

Many people cant accessed 4shared for this moment, somebody tell that 4shared was hacked by unknown morrocan hackers. I was accessed 4shared 4 days ago, and that's true, when You try to access it You will directing to unknown url with messege as "I Love Morocco". I was confuse because I need to upload some files that I have distribute to my classmates. I was used google chrom to accessed it, I try to used other browser like mozila firefox and internet explorer. When I used mozila nad internet explorer it work normaly, I can accessed 4Shared. I don't know why it can happened....

After that, I try to find out some information to 4shared used other browser, and I found that there is a messege from 4hsred official site. The messege like appears below:

On 13-Sep-2009 some users experienced technical problems while trying to access 4shared service. The problem was caused by redirecting 4shared.com DNS records to third-party resource. The issue has been fixed as soon as it had been reported to the domain recorder service. Mindful that the problem was related to DNS settings and not 4shared service as such, there is no need to worry about personal data privacy and consistency for 4shared users.

But now, You dont to have worried. Because 4shared has working normaly again ^^ I just try to accessed.

4Shared was Hacked by (Probably) Unkown Moroccan Hackers

I am a student usually use 4shared for upload my files that my friend need. I was shocked when I wanna uploaded my files to 4shared but it can't use like ussually. I found that 4 shared has been hacked by (probably) unkown Moroccan hackers. You will directing to http://www.abcjardins.com/Hacked/ when You try to access 4shared.com adn You will see a big messege as "I Love Morocco, TØrи!ÐØ & ImaD-Cc No Reason.. No Mercy.. No Shit.. Just Hacked :)". It has been started from approximately 4 days ago at friday 11st September 2009 and still hacked until I write this article.

When I was accessed by used Google Chrom browser it directed to http://www.abcjardins.com/Hacked/, but when I used mozilla firefox it was working normal like usual and also when I used internet explorer browser. Oh... C'mon, what that's mean, Man?

Can You imagine, a popular site likes 4shared is being hacked?

ITHB Bandung, ayo ada yang gag tau gag sama nama ini? Wah... masa gag tau seh ITHB Bandung. ITHB Bandung itu ya tempat kuliahnya Firman Nugraha sekarang teman-teman. ITHB juga singkatan dari Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa.

ITHB ini adalah salah satu kampus yang bernaung di bawah yayasan Petra. Untuk di Bandung sendiri ITHB ini pun masih berada dalam satu naungan bersama HBBS dibawah naungan yayasan Petra. HBBS sendiri adalah singkatan dari Harapan Bangsa Business School. Ada dua jurusan yang ditawarkan oleh HBBS Bandung ini, jurusan Menagement dan Accounting. Nah sekilas kira-kira begitulah tentang HBBS Bandung.

Sedangkan ITHB sendiri adalah singkatan dari Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa. Kampus ITHB ini terletak di Jl. Dipatiukur 80-84, Bandung 40132, West Java, Indonesia, PO BOX 1306, Bandung. Tel.: 62-22-250 6604, 250 6636 Fax.: 62-22-250 7901. ITHB ini adalah salah satu kampus terkemuka yang ada di kota Bandung. Banyak sekali yeknik Elektroang bisa Kita dapat jika menempuh pendidikan di kampus ITHB yang ada di Bandung ini. Selain linkungannya yang rapih, bersih dan juga ramah Kita pun disana dibimbing langsung oleh para dosen yang kebanyakan juga adalah praktisi di bidangnya masing-masing. Jadi apa yang mereka ajarkan adalah keilmuan yang memang telah merekan tekuni dengan baik.

Kalo boleh ngutip slogannya ITHB, ITHB itu punya slogan "ITHB School of Telematic". Ini benar adanya karena yang ITHB sendiri adalah sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang membuka kelas perkuliahan dengan jurusan di bidang keilmuan telematik seperti Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Sistem Komputer, Teknik Industri dan Teknik Elektro. Kesemuanya itu adalah bidang keilmuan yang salah satu tujuannya mengintegrasikan antara penerapan keilmuan komputer untuk kelancaran proses bisnis yang ada.

Saya sendiri adlah salah satu mahasiswa yang menmpuh pendidikan akademik di Kampus ITHB yang ada di Bandung ini. Saya mengambil jurusan Sistem Informasi di kampus Harapan Bangsa ini. Sistem Informasi yang ada di Kampus ITHB ini saya ambil karena bidang sistem informasi ini sendiri fokus dalam bidang keilmuan yang memadukan antara keilmuan komputer dan managemen bisinis. Dalam bidang sistem informasi ini ini Kita dituntut untuk dapat merancang sistem perangkat lunak dan pengembangannya yang efektif untuk membantu proses bisnis(atau proses lainnya) yang ada di sebuah tempat. Ehm.... Kira-kira seperti itulah gambaran tentang bidang studi yang Saya ambil yaitu Sistem Informasi.

Oia, sekarang ini Firman Nugraha sedang libur semester seharusnya selama tiga bulan(lama kan ^^) namun waktu tiga bulan itu Firman Nugraha gunakan untuk mengambil program semester pendek yang sedang diselenggarakan ITHB yang ada di Bandung ini. Firman Nugraha mengambil program semester pendek di ITHB Bandung bukan karena kemampuannya secara akademik kurang atau gimana gitu iah...... Firman Nugraha mengambil program semester pendek di ITHB ini karena Firman Nugraha ingin memperbaiki nilai yang sebetulnya sudah bisa dikatakan lulus namun ingin diambil kembali agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal. Dan mengambil matakuliah yang belum Saya ambil pada beberapa waktu lalu karena satu hal maka Saya baru bisa ambil sekarang.

Nah, begitulah kira-kira gambaran yang dapat Firman Nugraha berikan seputar kampus ITHB Bandung ini. Firman Nugraha - Dampak Multimedia

Pada postingan kali ini Firman Nugraha ingin sedikit bijak dalam menyikapi fenomena yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satu yang menggelitik adalah tentang tayangan-tayangan sampah yang ada di media televisi. jadi begini neh Firman Bijak punya pendapat..... ^^

Mungkin ada beberapa pembaca yang masih belum jelas, mengapa media disini Saya masukan sebagai bentuk dari mulmitemedia. Untuk sekedar membentuk pandangan Kita tentang apa itu multimedia, Saya akan mencoba memberikan sedikit pengertian dari seorang pakar tentang makna dari multimedia itu sendiri. Menurut Turban (2002) seorang pengamat media senior, multimedia adalah kombinasi dari paling sedikit dua media input atau output dari data, media ini dapat audio (suara, musik), animasi, video, teks, grafik dan gumbar. Nah, beranjak dari pengertian diatas maka Saya simpulkan bahwa tayangan media di televisi adalah masuk kepada bagian dari multimedia itu sendiri.
Saya pernah membaca tentang sebuah artikel yang membahas budaya membaca. Di Amarika sendiri sekarang ini telah terjadi sebuah pergeseran membaca dari budaya membaca menjadi budaya lisan dan budaya visual. Dimana keadaan ini yang pada mulanya orang lebih senang membaca untuk menghabiskan waktu senggangnya sekarang telah beralih menjadi menonton untuk menghabiskan waktu sengganya. Meskipun keadannya seperti itu, setidaknya di Amerika sendiri pernah ada yang namanya budaya membaca. Nah, sekarang bagaimana dengan di Indonesia sendiri?

Sayangnya masyarakat di Indonesia belum juga memasuki budaya membaca, Masyarakatnya telah dipaksa untuk “segera” beralih dengan “sukarela” ke budaya lisan dan mendengar. Bagaimana tidak, sehari-hari masyarakat di Indonesia disuguhi dengan berbagai tanyangan yang ada di televisi. Banyak alasan mereka utarakan, untuk hiburanlah, mengisi waktu kosonglah, daripada tidak ada kerjaanlah dan berbagai macam alasan lainya. Padahal jika Kita lihat tayangan yang dominan beredar di televisi hanya didominasi acara-acara sampah. Mengapa Saya katakan acara sampah?
Bagaimana tidak, acara yang ditawarkan stasiun-stasiun di negara kita hampir tidak ada yang berkualitas. Acara berita dipenuhi dengan berita-berita kriminalitas. Acara hiburan didominasi oleh sinetron-sinetron yang sama sekali tidak berbobot. Belum ditambah lagi dengan acara infotaintment dan setumpuk acara-acara sampah lainnya. Dan itu ditawarkan oleh hampir semua stasiun televisi yang ada. Setiap hari masyarakat dicekokin dengan dengan sampah, dihibur dengan sampah. Acara iptek, pendidikan, dan acara lain yang memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat sangatlah minim atau bahkan tidak ada. Acara-acara yang cukup berkualitas rata-rata merupakan relay dari acara stasiun televisi di luar negeri, seperti CNN, National Geographic, dll.
Bagaimana jika hal ini terus berlanjut? Kita lihat dampak media terhadap anak-anak yang merupakan generasi bangsa. Anak-anak sekarang ini mulai berkiblat pada kehidupan artis. Anak-anak sudah tidak lagi menonton acara anak-anak, tetapi sinetron, infotainment, berita kriminalitas, dll. Anak-anak tidak lagi mengenal lagu anak-anak. Dampak nyata yang terlihat dan sangat memprihatinkan adalah meningkatnya tingkat bunuh diri yang dilakukan oleh anak-anak. Darimana mereka mendapat ide dan informasi tentang bunuh diri? Dari sekolah? Dari lingkungan sekitar? Atau dari media? Atau darimana? Menurut saya tayangan televisi-lah yang menjadi sumber informasi dominan. Bunuh diri merupakan puncak dari frustrasi. Pelaku merasa tidak ada solusi terhadap masalahnya, tidak ada harapan. Dalam kondisi tersebut hiburan yang didapat hanyalah berita-berita kriminalitas, maka terjadilah bunuh diri. Hal ini bukan semata kesalahan media, tapi satu hal yang pasti media memberikan andil yang sangat besar.
Itu baru salah satu dampak negatif dari media televisi di negara kita padahal masih banyak dampak lainnya spt:
• Menurunnya atau hilangnya minat membaca masyarakat.
• Menurunnya atau hilangnya rasa malu
Banyaknya berita tentang korupsi dan penipuan, maupun tindakan criminal lainnya yang banyak dilakukan oleh pejabat membuat terjadinya degradasi rasa malu pada masyarakat, baik secara sadar mau tidak sadar. Masyarakat akan berpikir, “wong yang sudah kaya dan punya jabatan saja masih begitu kenapa saya yang hidupnya susah gak boleh begitu”.
• Meningkatnya kriminalitas
• Meningkatnya percerain
masyarakat disuguhi dengan tayangan infotainment terus-menerus. Kehidupan artis jadi santapan setiap hari. Berita kawin cerai artis jadi makanan sehari-hari. Hal ini secara perlahan tapi pasti akan mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat pada umumnya. Hal ini terbukti dengan semakin meningkatnya perceraian di masyarakat. Masyarakat tidak lagi memiliki beban moral untuk bercerai.
• Menciptakan masyarakat yang konsumtif
• Menciptakan masyarakat pemalas
karena setiap hari dihadapkan dengan iklan-iklan yang menggoda, ditambah lagi efek dari sinetron-sinetron yang hanya menceritakan kehidupan orang-orang kaya membuat masyarakat menjadi konsumtif.
• Dan masih banyak lagi
Apakah ada dampak positifnya? Tentu aja ada, seperti mudah mendapatkan informasi, hiburan, dll. Tetapi permasalahannya adalah dampak positif yang diberikat tidak sebanding dengan dampak negatifnya.
Mengapa demikian?
Karena media di Indonesia menyuguhkan acara-acara yang tidak berkualitas. Media hanya mengejar keuntungan perusahaan semata. Tanggung jawab moral terhadap pendidikan di Indonesia masih sangat rendah. Kontrol dari pemerintah masih sangat kurang. Undang-undang yang gak jelas. Masyarakat juga terlalu mudah dimakan media. Minat belajar masyarakat juga masih rendah.
Bagaimana media itu semestinya?
Media semestinya mampu memberikan hiburan, informasi yang berkualitas dan bermanfaat. Media diharapkan dapat turut andil dalam peningkatan kualitas SDM di Indonesia. Media diharapkan dapat mengubah culture masyarakat menjadi lebih baik.

Selamat pagi Sahabat Super Indonesia(kalo bacanya pagi-pagi iah...)..........
Beberapa hari terakhi ini, kurang lebih satu minggu Firman Nugraha belum sempat posting tulisannya lagi di blog ini. Ternyata setelah Firman Nugraha cek blognya ini di google hasil yang ada di google blog ini mengalami penurunan. Biasanya jika kita search dengan keyword Firman Nugraha maka akan muncul blog ini di halaman pertama urutan ke 4. Terkadang juga urutan 6, terkadang urutan ke 2. Iah... tergantung juga seh.... ^^ tapiyang jelas masih ada di halaman pertama aja.

Nah, pada saat Firman Nugraha mengecek barusan ternyata halaman blognya tidak terdapat di halaman pertamana hasil pencarian google. Hasil penelususran google Firman Nugraha punya blog berada di halam kedua hasil pencarin google. Tentu saja hal ini bermakna sebuah penurunan prestasi (emang sekolah ^^) untuk Firman Nugraha. Setelah difikir, terntaya bisa Firman Nugraha simpulkan bahwa penurunan ini terjadi karena Firman Nugraha tidak melakukan posting selama lebih dari satu minggu. Ternyata frekuensi posting kita itu berpengaruh terhadap hasil pencarian dari google search engine.

Kalo difikir2 repot juga iah... masa kalo Kita gag posting hasil penelusuran terhadap blog Kita akan menurun. Banyak kok web atu blog yang tidak melakukan posting dalam waktu lebih dari satu minggu tetap bertahan di posisi pertama, kenapa punya Firman Nugraha bsia mengalamai penurunan iah..... Apa mungkin faktor traffic yang jadi pengaruh iah.......

Mungkin juga frekuensi posting tidak jadi masalah, hanya mungkin google ini memperhitungkan jumlah pengunjung yang datang. Atau malah kedua faktor tersebut salig berpengaruh...... Uhm... harus research lagi neh Firman Nugraha untuk membuktikan ini. Adakah Sahabat Super Indonesia yang dapat membantu Saya?

Akhrinya....... Muncul Juga di Google

Setelah menunggu hampir 2 pekan, akhrinya mulai membuahkan hasil usaha-usahaku ini ^^ huhuy. Tadi Saya googling pake keyword Firman Nugraha dan ternyata blog saya ini telah muncul dan terbaca oleh Om Google dengan tampil pada halaman pertama. Cukup senanglah.... meskipun belum masuk nominasi pertama (kayak tangga lagu aja iah ^^).

Ternyata ketakutan akan dianggap spam gag sepenuhnya muncul(sepenuhnya?) ^^, dan juga ternyata blog gratisan bisa juga dipake buat coba2 SEO ini^^

Tapi berhubung masih belon muncul nama Firman Nugraha di urutan pertama, iah..... belon bisa seneng sepnuhnya juga neh. Masih harus sedikit berjuang untuk mendpatkan urutan pertama tangga lagu(hah, lagu?) di mesin pencari google ini.

Tadi Firman Nugraha dapat sms dari Kampus isinya gini, "Kamu informasikan kepada seluruh peserta SP 2008/2009, bahwa autodebet SP berubah dari tgl 9 2009 juni menjadi 5 juni 2009. Jika gagal dianggap batal mengikuti SP. Terimakasih ITHB-HBBS".

Gw gag publish lagi itu, setelah Gw fikir terlalu narsis juga seh ^^(sadar juga Gw iah).
Uda malam ngantuk juga ini Firman Nugraha (hahahahahahahaha, jadi pengen ketawa kalo ngepaste ini^^).

Ehm..... banyak2kin positng ah di blog Firman Nugraha. Namanya juga usaha buat ngimpress (bahasa apa lagi ini...) si Om Google. tapi karena Firman Nugraha bingung malam ini mau nulis apa, jadi Firman Nugraha mau posting foto-foto waktu Firman Nugraha masih SMA dulu aja ah...... (boleh kan....(boleh dong, blog2 Firman Nugraha kok ^^)).

Ini foto dibawah ini adalah Foto ketika Firman Nugraha dan Team Disiplin Asrama Persahabatan berfoto di depan gedung Pembelajaran Ustman Ibnu Khatab sewaktu masih bersekolah di Al-Zaytun. Mukanya Firman Nugraha ditutupin, bukannya dulu kurang ganteng ato gimana seh, Tapi dulu emang trendnya lagi kayak gitu (hah?!#$%1 emang ada trend foto sambil nyembunyiin muka?#$%@!).

Oia neh, ada juga ini waktu Gw iseng dulu. Jadi ceritanya dulu pas lagi siap2 mau berangkat ke sekolah sempet liat ada sepasang kupu2 pagi(bukan kupu2 malam iah..) lagi menjalin cinta. Karena menurut Gw unik ya uda dehFirman Nugraha abadiin moment itu.

Keren kan, foto kupu2nya ^^. Ini diambilnya pagi2 sekitar jam 06.00 pagi gitu lah.

Kalo foto yang dibawah itu lain lagi teman2, itu foto waktu Firman Nugraha dan anggota tim karatenya sewaktu SMA berfoto di depan tribun lapangan sepak bola Palagan Agung, Al-Zaytun.

Bangga deh waktu jadi bagian dari tim saat itu, karena dulu itu adalah tim karate Al-Zaytun yang terbaik yang pernah ada (seenggaknya itu kata anak2 tim Firman Nugraha, hehehe^^). Tapi beneran juga seh, kalo diliat dari prestasi keseluruhan dan prestasi personal memang tim ini adalah tim yang paling sukses, bukan hanya sukses di lapangan tetapi sukses dalam keorganisasian dan juga sukses menjadi pribadi2 yang baik yang ada di Al-Zaytun kala itu(jadi kangen deh ma tim ini).

Di posting keempat ini makin menjadi2 aja nersisme yang terkandung didalamnya, hahahaha. Maka dari itu disudahi sajalah posting ke 4 ini, aduh.... kalo ada yang gag suka ma posting ke 4 Firman Nugraha ini maafin Gw iah. Firman Nugraha cuma lagi bingung mau nulis apa ^^.

Aduh....... Firman Nugraha cape juga nunggu si Om Goolgle nerbitin blog punya Firman Nugraha di halamannya Om Google.

Oia, buat yang baca maaf aja iah kalo emang ini tulisan gag ada nyambung2nya dan terkesan janggal antar satu kata dengan kata lainnya. Tujuan utama Firman Nugraha buat ini emang bukan mengharapkan orang akan "ngena" kalo ngebaca ini, tapi lebih kepada mau buat impress ke Si Om Google.

Tadi Gw coba2 googling lagi nama Firman Nugraha dengan meletakan kata ITHB (Kampus Firman Nugraha) dan juga Firman Nugraha ditambahin Al-Zaytun (SMA Firman Nugraha dulu) ada seh keluar Firman Nugraha Gw di urutan paling awal, tapi itu ternyata ngelink ke Google Profile Firman Nugraha. Firman Nugraha emang pernah bikin Gw profile seh buat keperluan kuliah dan juga bisnis onlinenya. Nah, disana ada Gw cantumin emang daftar pendidikan Gw. Maka keluarlah nama Firman Nugraha punya Gw kalo pake kombinasi diatas. Lumayan seneng seh, tapi Firman Nugraha masih berharap banyak dari blog Firman Nugraha yang ini. Ok, ini posting yang kedua di blog punya Firman Nugraha, tepatnya Firman Nugraha Kartadibrata ^^ huhuy. Kemaren uda posting, coba-coba pake SEO gitu deh ceritanya. Walaupun kata orang kalo di blog itu gag bisa terlalu di custumisasi tapi Firman Nugraha tetep mau coba, penasaran juga seh. Dari pada gag coba sama sekali, ya.... mending Firman Nugraha coba aja dulu ^^, huhuy!(sok asik gag sih Firman Nugraha ini?)

Nah, entah kenapa Firman Nugraha juga masih heran. Padahal kemaren uda postingan pertama, tapi coba search di Om google belon juga bisa ketemu. Boro-boro googling Firman Nugraha, wong cek url aja belon bisa uda ditaro tuh lengkap banget urlnya gene http://sayafirmannugraha.blogspot.com/ masih aja not found. Aduh.... kapan iah keluar neh blog punya Firman Nugraha ini keluar iah...... huhuhu ^^, sabar iah Firman Nugraha.....

Jadi inget neh soal ujian waktu kemaren, di lembar soal itu ditulis, "Coba sebutkan 5 metode pengembangan SEO?". Nah, jujur seh Firman Nugraha gag tau jawabannya. Jadinya waktu itu Firman Nugraha cuma tulis gini aja neh.

3. Peletakan Meta-Tag (meta tag aja sebenernya Firman Nugraha lupa tuh apaan maksudnya, aduh... pengen ngulang lagi deh ini matakuliah huhuhu)

Seperti itulah yang ditulis oleh Firman Nugraha waktu ini, gag tau juga seh bener apa gag. Tapi itu yang Gw tulis, pengennya seh kalo bisa Bapak Dosennya bahas ini jawabannya juga. Aduh Bapak... bahas yuk soalnya, bioar Kita pada tau jawabannya huhuhuhuhu...... Semoga semester depan Mr. Suhendra ini masih ngajar Firman Nugraha punya kelas ^^.

I am Real Firman Nugraha

Berawal dari kejadian seorang teman yang bertanya pada Saya, "Minta alamat fb dunk!". Dengan ringan Saya menjawabnya, "masukin aja nama Firman Nugraha, ntr juga muncul". Akhirnya sang penanya mencari di fb dengan nama Firman Nugraha, tapi setelah beberapa lama Dia memberitahukan kepada Saya bahwa nama Firman Nugraha terlalu banyak sekali yang punya sehingga Teman Saya tersebut kesulitan menemukan akun fb Saya. Pada akhirnya Saya berikan alamat email Saya, karena pastinya one and the only itu alamat email.

Saya sempat berfikir, gile juga iah........ Gimana gw bisa cepet terkenal di dunia maya kalo yang namanay Firman Nugraha sebanya itu(wkwkwkwkwkwk, kayak gw artis aja ^^ kiddding, Cuy (huruf d nya aja ampe tiga tuh)). Setelah itu Saya coba googling Firman Nugraha juga, busyet dah (kalo orang Betawi bilang) banyak banget neh saingan Gw di google.

Dari situ Saya berfikir, "Aduh......... gila juga kalo pas googling nama Gw baru muncul di urutan ke sekian ratus.... bisa gag spesial dunk Gw(hahaha)". Nah, karena Saya ingin sekali nama Saya spesial di alias cuma one and the only akhirnya dengen sedikit pengetahuan tentang meta keyword Saya bikin blog personal dari blogger(cari gratisan cuy) untuk publish siapa Saya(hahahah ^^) yang dilengkapi dengan meta-keyword didalamnya ^^(bukan sombong neh ^^).

Dengan demikian Saya berharap nanti, ketika nama Firman Nugraha di googling sama Si Om Google, nama Saya akan hadir di urutan teratas tangga koleksi data goolge(emang tangga lagu iah ^^). Sehingga nama Firman Nugraha yang Saya punyai ini akan mudah dicari oleh teman-teman Saya yang membutuhkan. Semoga aja iah nama Firman Nugraha punya Saya ini akan hadir di tangga lagu, eh tangga data searching google pada urutan awal, amin ^^
